These are personal data, and in the case of photographs of people, they may reveal information about others too. Only upload photographs you have the right to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>When you contact us:<\/strong>&nbsp;your name, email address, and the content of your message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>When you browse:<\/strong>&nbsp;your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookie data. If you choose Klarna or Amazon Pay, that provider also receives the data needed to process your payment, under its own privacy policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EasyWP (Namecheap)<\/strong> \u2014 website hosting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brevo<\/strong> \u2014 order and account emails, marketing emails where you have consented, and, only if you accept marketing cookies, a tracking script that lets us follow up on your visit (for example, a reminder about a cart you left). Brevo is an EU company and stores data in the EU.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We do not sell your personal data<\/strong>, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where your data goes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We fulfil orders from facilities on both sides of the Atlantic, so your data may be processed in the&nbsp;<strong>United States<\/strong>&nbsp;and in the&nbsp;<strong>European Union<\/strong>, depending on where your order is printed and shipped from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Europe.<\/strong>&nbsp;Where your data is transferred outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses.<\/p>\n\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long we keep it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>Order and invoice records:<\/strong> 10 years, as Portuguese tax law requires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Uploaded photographs and design files:<\/strong> 90 days after your order ships, so we can reprint if something goes wrong.
